✅ On Which Platforms Is Phasmophobia Available?
Starting from October 29, 2024, Phasmophobia is available on the following platforms:
- PC (Steam) – with support for VR (Valve Index, Meta, HTC) and non-VR.
- PlayStation 5 (PS5) – including PSVR2.
- Xbox Series X|S – available through the Game Preview program.
- The PS4 version is not available, and the game is not released on Nintendo Switch.
🔁 Does Phasmophobia Support Crossplay?
Yes, Phasmophobia offers full crossplay support between all the mentioned platforms:
- PC (Steam)
- PlayStation 5 (PS5)
- Xbox Series X|S
- PSVR2
- Players can form mixed teams regardless of the platform used. To enable crossplay, make sure the option is activated in the game settings.
⚠️ Limitations and Known Issues
Cross-Progression: Currently, Phasmophobia does not support cross-progression. Progress and purchases do not transfer between platforms.
Voice Chat: Occasional issues have been reported with voice chat in cross-platform sessions, especially between players on different consoles. Check the communication settings and make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
🎮 How to Play Cross-Platform?
- Enable Crossplay: Go to Options > Game Settings and make sure the “Crossplay” option is enabled.
- Choose the Same Server: All players must be on the same regional server (e.g., EU, NA).
- Use the Lobby Code: Create a private lobby and share the code with your friends to join.
